Quick Start

This guide will walk you through the complete process of paper editing and submission.

Step 1: Create a Paper Draft

1. Register an Account: First, register a new account and log into the system.

2. Access Submit Page: After logging in, navigate to the Submit page.

3. Create New Draft: Click the New Draft button in the top-right corner.

4. Name Your Project: Enter a project name in the pop-up window (letters and underscores only).

Step 2: Edit Your Paper

Access the Editor

Click on your project name to enter our specially designed collaborative Markdown editor. The editor automatically loads a template with all necessary elements and writing guidelines.

Understanding the Editor Layout

Editing Content

paper.md contains two main sections:

1. Metadata Section (YAML front matter):

   • Paper title
   • Author information
   • Abstract
   • Submission type and status

2. Main Content (Markdown):

   • Use template examples as reference
   • Copy-paste template elements and modify

Tip: Keep the template text as reference and copy formatting examples when writing.

Useful Features

• Preview Compilation: Click the Compile button on the right side of the toolbar to preview the final output

• Real-time Collaboration: Click Collaboration to invite collaborators for joint editing

• Get Help: Click Help & Report Bug to join our Discord community for support

Step 3: Submit Your Paper

After completing your edits, click the Submit button at the top of the file tree to begin submission.

Pre-submission Check

The system will automatically perform these checks:

• Metadata completeness
• Required fields validation
• Content format standards

After passing all checks, click Confirm Submit to submit your draft to the review system.

Step 4: Review Process

After successful submission, the page will automatically redirect to the review page.
